Our gym is the best of both worlds. Large enough to healthily fit 25+ Impact "Fam" members moving and sweating together, yet intimate enough you don't get lost and become just a number.
Half of our training facility is loaded with barbell racks, dumbbells, assault bikes, kettlebells, steel maces, sandbags, and other functional and traditional training tools. While the other half of the gym is designed for free and holistic movement with 20 yards long and 10 yard wide premium field turf to perform sled pushes, banded sprints, battlerope exercises, and other full body, athletic movements.
Located inside Evans Industrial park, 2 giant "trophy" garage doors face west and open up to the outside allowing us to get fresh air, ample sunlight, and a cool breeze from time to time when it's hot!
Chill out in the lobby, shop for dope Impact merch and Onnit Supplements, and chat it up with Impact staff and members.
Go beyond the general estimates of basic BMI with an analyzer that compartmentalizes the body into 5 distinct sections for greater insight. Use data gleaned to adjust workout for optimal muscle gain, fat loss, or fitness management! It’s easy enough for anyone to use without a trained professional and offers intuitive controls. Folding, portable design makes this body composition analyzer easy to store and transport.
Weight isn’t a good indicator of health because it doesn’t differentiate fatty tissue from lean muscle. Advanced bioelectrical impedance analyzers scan arms, legs, and trunk in 15 seconds, and provide an in-depth report that tracks weight, skeletal muscle mass, percent body fat, BMI, and more. Identify how many pounds of lean mass are in each body segment through Segmental Lean Analysis.
Data gleaned from this thorough body composition analyzer makes it immensely easier to profile individual user health, set proper fitness goals, and formulate an approach to achieving them. For example, users can look for any imbalance between corresponding segments (ex. right arm, left arm) for balanced muscle development.
This unit utilizes impedance reading to provide you with highly accurate figures, as opposed to results generated by statistical data or empirical equations. Moreover, a built-in database holds 100,000 entries and can be easily searched to call up records for quantifiable results over time. Print concise reports from thermal printer (not included).
An easy-to-use interface with a touchscreen and voice guidance system makes this product easy enough for virtually anyone to use. A security access code keeps information safe. It’s an all-in-one system that offers a complete array of bells and whistles, without the complicated interface of more complex units.
When you’re done using it, fold up the InBody 270 into its carrying case for quick and easy transport. A sturdy carrying case allows you to perform body composition analysis test in various locations with ease.
This unit is powered via an AC power cord (included). It offers a 552 lb weight capacity and measures 14"L x 32"W x 40"H; 31 lb.
There’s no discomfort, pressure, or pain associated with this body composition analyzer. Simply step barefoot onto the device and grip the handles gently. Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body through the hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter is measured, and from there, your body composition is derived.
